I took this as a chance to remove a bunch of outdated pages.
It is possible that some of those might make a triumphant return in the future,
though.

Did a full rewrite of the program behind the
Highest ICC ratings list. Furthermore,
ICC
kindly provided me with an account for this purpose, so the new handle search is
fully functional again! Also reordered the game types to better match their
current popularity.
